Use of the service
Healthcare Admin Workbench provides deidentified healthcare administration workup support. It helps users structure administrative questions, route them to curated workflows, and prepare draft operational work products for review.
Users must comply with applicable laws, organizational policies, OpenAI policies, and any relevant platform terms.
Not professional advice or final authority
The service is not medical advice, clinical decision support, legal advice, billing advice, coding certification, compliance certification, payer contract interpretation, or audit certification.
Outputs are draft administrative work products and require qualified human review before any operational, compliance, revenue cycle, access, quality, legal, or business decision.
User responsibilities
Users are responsible for ensuring inputs are deidentified and appropriate for a public administrative workflow tool. Users must not submit PHI, patient-specific data, credentials, confidential contracts, payer portal exports, EHR records, claims files, or regulated private data.
Users are responsible for validating outputs against authoritative sources, organizational policy, qualified professional judgment, and applicable platform requirements.
Public build limitations
The public build does not perform external write actions. It does not submit forms, send messages, create tickets, mutate external systems, access payer portals, or connect to live private-data systems.
The service may be changed, suspended, limited, or discontinued at any time.
No warranty and limitation of liability
The service is provided without warranty. Use it at your own risk. To the extent allowed by law, Open-Informatics disclaims liability for decisions, losses, damages, or consequences arising from use of the service or reliance on draft outputs.
